In its study, Gartner found that the COVID-19 crisis has prompted many fleet-based organizations to look at its vehicle routing and scheduling technologies to solve issues the pandemic has intensified. In addition, the report identified the transition to online shopping and the boom in e-commerce as a top motivator for organizations to adopt vehicle routing solutions.
