We are excited to announce the promotion of three staff members to SaaS support positions as we continue to strengthen our client services department.
Effective immediately, Nik Patel is now SaaS service and support manager, responsible for implementing and supporting our SaaS products. Nik will work directly with our support partner, Experis, FedEx CSS management, as well as manage our part-time evening support team and lead our newly promoted SaaS delivery and support technicians.
Reilly Donovan is one of our two new SaaS delivery and support technicians. Reilly has spent the last two years working exclusively supporting both DRO and Work Area Planning. In her new role, Reilly will report directly to Nik and expand her scope of support to include all SaaS products.
“This restructuring of our client services department will allow us to provide better technical assistance to our clients benefiting from our RaaS solution,” said Thomas Huppmann, Director of Client Services. “I’d like to acknowledge the hard work of our staff members and congratulate them on their well-deserved promotions.”
Another RouteSmart staff member will join Reilly in the role of SaaS delivery and support technician. This staff member previously worked for us in a part-time capacity supporting DRO on our evening shift since its inception. The support technicians will branch out and support our other products in addition to DRO.
As we continue to grow, we are hiring for several positions, including:
- Software engineers
- Front-end development engineer
- Dev-ops engineer
- Marketing assistant
