Submit an issue online 24/7 through My RouteSmart. Submitted cases will be addressed during our standard support hours.

 

FedEx Ground (FXG) Service Providers

FedEx Ground (FXG) Service Providers will receive communication directly from FXG two to three months before implementation and should not contact RouteSmart directly. Please refer to the preliminary rollout schedule found on MyGroundBiz.com for a specific station’s timeline.
