Our clients can now view the operational status of our Routing as a Service (RaaS) and RouteSmart Online solutions in both the U.S. and European portals under a new site which our team developed this year.
Status.RouteSmart.com displays the uptime and operational status of RouteSmart RaaS API and the Portal in both the U.S. and EU markets, as well as the RouteSmart Online, Supporting Cloud Provider Networking, Host and Database Services. The site also lists incident history by day, week and month dating back years.
The status site helps provide transparency and visibility, allowing our clients to trust that our systems are up and running as expected.
Clients now sign up for status updates by simply clicking the blue “Subscribe to Updates” button in the top right-hand corner and entering their email. Once subscribed, clients receive notifications when RouteSmart Application Status creates, updates or resolves an incident.
We believe the site provides a level of transparency and reassurance for our clients using our routing solutions and keeps them up to date with any known incidents or scheduled product maintenance. We highly encourage all RouteSmart users to bookmark the site and subscribe to email updates for the latest information on our solutions.
