Staff members recently promoted include:
Doug Hill
Vice President of Marketing: Doug has dedicated nearly 20 years to RouteSmart, starting in 2003 as a Senior Systems Consultant, before serving as a Senior Product Manager, and most recently Director of Marketing. His responsibilities include managing all marketing activities, building brand awareness, and coordinating our biennial user conference, INTERSECT. Doug holds a Master of Business Administration from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University.
Sean Carroll
Senior Business Development Manager: Sean has been with RouteSmart for more than 15 years serving as Business Development Manager for our clients in the utilities space. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.
John Mattingly
Senior Quality Engineer: John has served as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Product Management at RouteSmart for more than 11 years, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to clients. His work spans nearly all RouteSmart offerings, including RaaS, Routing Core, Data Cloud, RouteSmart for ArcGIS, and RouteSmart Online. John holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
Jason Fry
Senior Business Development Manager: Jason recently celebrated his 16th anniversary at RouteSmart. He started with the company in 2006 as a Business Development Manager, a title he has held throughout his tenure. Jason works closely with our clients in the newspaper, postal and local delivery industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
Jessica Cearfoss
Senior Business Development Manager: Jessica has served as Business Development Manager at RouteSmart for more than 14 years, concentrating on clients in our public works sector. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
