Joins RouteSmart as a Quality Assurance Engineer on the DRO project in Product Development. His responsibilities include the design and implementation of both manual and automated test frameworks for our suite of Desktop and SaaS products. Scott holds experience working and managing global quality assurance teams in human resources, automotive and other industries over the last 20 years. Away from the office, Scott is a foodie, watches University of Nebraska Husker football, enjoys playing volleyball and fixing up his house. His 4-year-old son Coen and Chinese Crested dog keep him busy, too. Scott is an avid traveler having visited almost 40 states and 22 countries across the globe. Scott is a long-term volunteer for the Italian Greyhound Rescue Foundation as the NYC Representative, serves on the national committee and maintains their website. He coordinates intake, fostering, and placement of dozens of dogs annually throughout the Northeast.

Joins RouteSmart as a Lead Software Engineer in Product Development, responsible for product ownership and staff management as well as code design, implementation, review and testing for RouteSmart products. Martin’s extensive background in software development spans more than 20 years, working as a software engineer manager for top-tier financial service companies including Alliance Bernstein, Neuberger Berman and Lehman Brothers. Martin has three adult sons and is the third son in a family of five boys. When Martin is not building software or doing construction, he and his wife can most likely be found relaxing on a tranquil Caribbean beach sipping mojitos and soaking up the tropical vibes. Joins RouteSmart as an Operations Research Analyst in the Research & Development department, specifically with the team responsible for the software development of the routing solvers within RouteSmart solutions. In his previous endeavor as an Operations Research Software Developer at Invata Inc., Kewal created tools and features to streamline the data flow which helped the company quickly identify pain points in its customers’ supply chain and the architects design solutions for them. He is an aspiring data scientist and has spent more than two years improving supply chain processes by applying operations research techniques while extracting insights from data and challenging existing standards and self-start projects where he can see scope for improvement. Joins RouteSmart as a Development Operations Engineer in Product Development and handles the implementation, maintenance and improvement of our expanding development operations infrastructure. He works with the development and engineering teams to assist in the software development process with a mind towards our infrastructure automation. Jahidul previously served as Lead Test Automation Engineer at Verisk Analytics Inc., a global data analytics farm. As an AWS Certified Developer and Solution Architect Associate, he holds experience in Information Technology with specialization in DevOps technologies and QA Automation Engineering. Jahidul also completed the MIT Program in the Cloud & DevOps: Continuous Transformation as part of a continuous effort to meet the industry demand. In the community, Jahidul mentors those interested in careers in Cloud and Test Automation technology. He has a beautiful family with a baby boy and loves to spend time on Long Island beaches, kayak in the bay, take walks in the forest and spend time in prayer.

Joins RouteSmart as Communications Manager on the Sales & Marketing team, responsible for leading marketing, communications and writing projects. He holds more than 20 years of experience in variety of communications and journalism roles, most recently serving as Director of Communications & Media Relations for the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association. Outside of work, Matt plays golf, guitar, cycles and spends time with his family, including his 4-year-old daughter, Lily, and sheepadoodle puppy, Ollie. A Programmer joins RouteSmart on the Product Development team with responsibilities centered around coding and supporting a variety of desktop applications and web services. These include developing a suite of cross-platform routing systems that often feature both complex GIS and mapping functionality, as well as a user-friendly design and clear navigation.
A Technical Writer joins RouteSmart on the Product Development team to develop and maintain a wide range of documentation that focuses on internal help guides and internal support systems.
