What are eXpert Services Hours?
When you require assistance beyond traditional technical support, eXpert Services provides the remote help you need through one-on-one phone calls and web meetings.
For example, you may not have used RouteSmart for a while and you need some refresher training on standard procedures and best practices.
Or you may be facing a new challenge and you would like to consult with a RouteSmart pro to help you set the direction and put you on the right path.
Our client services team will discuss your current needs and come up with an agenda for assistance and training.
We know your operations are changing at a faster pace than ever due to the stresses put on your business related to COVID-19. As part of a new offer through our Routes2theRescue program, if you call us before May 31, 2020 to schedule your eXpert Services, we will double your time to work with our senior staff on your most urgent projects to 10 hours at no additional charge. *
