This has been an incredible year for RouteSmart Technologies. Some highlights of 2007 include continuing our strong growth, launching RouteSmart WebAccess, hosting the highly successful INTERSECT '07 conference in Las Vegas, moving to our new corporate offices, and redesigning the now-monthly SmartDirections! For all of that, and more, we thank you.

We understand that with growth and new products comes increased demand for services and support. We are dedicated to providing excellence in service in all aspects of our relationship with you. Our plans for 2008 include expanding the teams and infrastructure we need to continue delivering on our promise of service excellence. New people, new process, and new tools are in the works!

Also planned for 2008 -- INTERSECT '08, September 7-12, in Annapolis, Maryland. Make sure you read the article in this issue and check out the information on our web site. We'll be building new products, adding new services, expanding our already successful Routing University program, and much more. RouteSmart for ArcGIS version 9.2.3 Available January 2008

Our new Street Service Routing tools allow you to create a service location layer directly from your street layer, specifically for routing each side of the street itself rather than the individual addresses along those streets. The data in your street layer will determine the way the routes are created. The enhancements to Street Service Routing provide additional Network Attribute editing tools that allow you to make changes to settings like number of passes, whether a blockface is serviced, and the route that services each blockface.

What don't you have to do? Geocode.

We'll be holding two "What's New in RouteSmart for ArcGIS webinars, on January 9, 2008, and February 6, 2008, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (ET), to show you the latest features and functionality. These "What's New" webinars are available to our active clients at no cost for the first two months after a new release. To sign up, email us at Routing University.

Registration for INTERSECT ’08 Opens January 2008!

An important change this year – we think the conference is so important, we’re going to make it easier than ever for you to attend. For every RouteSmart for ArcGIS® primary maintenance subscription you have, you will receive one complimentary registration to INTERSECT ’08! If you have one RouteSmart for ArcGIS primary maintenance subscription, you receive one free registration. If you have two, two people can come for free! All you have to do is get there, and stay at the conference hotel, to get your complimentary registration. Additional people can register for $699 per person. Register before February 29, 2008, and save $200.
